減重
現在能想到這個減重也還真的是太不容易了，因為以前很多人都勸我減重呢，不過我當時也就還真的是不願意呢，因為我真的是很喜歡吃了，所以感覺這個減重對我來說也還真的是太難了，而且我平時又是特別的懶的，結果沒有想到這次也就還真的是成功的減重了呢，真的是太感謝我的好朋友了呢，要不是她的話我也還真的是不會這個減重成功的，我能一直都這麼堅持也還真的是多虧了她呢，所以我真的是特別的開心的，就感覺這個減重的結果就真的是太好了。
