爺爺的牙齒現在變得不好了，咬東西不是很順利了，爸爸說是要帶著爺爺去看看牙醫，看看有沒有什麽辦法給爺爺把牙齒治療一下，下午爸爸回來之後說是給查檢完了，醫生建議是給爺爺做全瓷牙冠，就是費用有一些貴，不過做全瓷牙冠比較其他的治療方法都好一些，而且爺爺也不用受什麽疼痛，爸爸說他已經同意了醫生的建議，說是過兩天去先做一個口腔處理，然後開始做全瓷牙冠前的準備，完了後過幾天就可以去做全瓷牙冠了，到時候爺爺的牙齒就變好了

我覺得女人還是要定期的護理一下自己的皮膚的，我感覺自己可能是因爲年輕大了的原因吧，我差不多要每個周末我都要去一次台北spa的，現在上班的節奏快，每天早起晚歸的，每天都面對著電腦。每天下班的時候感覺臉上一層的油。我也是從去年開始給自己做保養的。這也是我的一個同事給我介紹的台北spa，因爲她和年紀也差不多的可是她看著要比我年輕好多的。後才知道她是經常的去台北spa的，我也是出于好奇那次和她一起約好去了一次台北spa，我感覺效果特好，所以現面我基本上也是每個周末我都會去給自己做保養的。

過段時間我們打算要開始裝修房子了，這段時間我和老公都在計劃著等我們裝修房子的時候我們要用的建材，這段時間們也在網上查好多的建材，現在的建材還有好多的不合適呢呢，所以我們這次選擇建材都是非常的謹慎的，我和老公們商量了一下等我們裝修房子的時候我們的地板全部選用木地板，因爲我上次去表姐家的時候表姐家的地板都是木地板，而且這個的木地板給人的感覺特別的棒，感覺非常的高貴大氣 。而且表姐他們都說那種的木地板不錯，所以我想也用那種的木地板。

弟弟去做了一個微創植牙之後，現在牙齒好多了，也比以前愛吃飯了，今天中午媽媽就做了好多好吃的，弟弟就吃了很多，在吃飯的時候我就講弟弟去做的這個微創植牙還挺不錯的，媽媽就說是啊，現在弟弟喜歡吃飯的了，真是太好了，弟弟去做微創植牙的原因就是出去跟小伙伴玩耍的時候不小心把牙齒摔壞了，去看醫生的時候，醫生就建議做一個微創植牙就好了，我們也就聽醫生講的話，去做了一個微創植牙，現在看來當初醫生的建議挺好的。

也不知道怎麼回事，最近老是掉髮我是不是得了產後掉髮呢，我就特別的擔心，今天朋友來我家里玩的時候，我就給朋友講了我好像得了產後掉髮的事情，朋友聽了我講的事情之後就告訴我，讓我不要太擔心了，說她這個週末陪我一塊去醫院看一下，聽到朋友這樣講，我就告訴朋友，我老公最近這段時間工作特別的忙，也沒有時間陪我去醫院，我也特別的難受，朋友看到我那樣子，就告訴我，她週末有空的話，就會到我家里來玩的，陪我聊天。

想想我就開心，老公這次真是太棒了，因為我們來到花邊景點玩了一天以後後已經又餓，又累，昨天晚上老公說他在網上看見了花蓮住宿飯店說要訂下來，我還說不用了，訂酒店就行了不用訂花蓮住宿飯店。我們去了之後再花蓮住宿飯店訂就好了，可是老公還是堅持說，這幾天旅遊的高峰期還是提前預定，沒想到我們今天 來了之後我已經餓的不 行了，不然可就麻煩了，不過個花蓮住宿飯店裏的飯菜真的不錯，我就想下次不機會的話我還會來花蓮住宿飯店的。

再有一個多朋我就要結婚了，我還是非常的開心了，我和老婆我們一起都快四年了，現在終于要結婚了。我這個激動啊，所以我們結婚我想舉行的特別一點，特別是婚禮，我知道老婆是一個非常受熱鬧的，上次我們去參加朋友婚紗的時候，朋友的婚禮沒有婚禮樂團，她就希望自己的婚禮上有一個婚禮樂團就好了，所以我就想這個小小的要求我一定要讓老婆滿足，所以就這幾天我和老婆我們商量了一下，已經預定好一個非常有名的婚禮樂團，希望我們的這個婚禮老婆能滿意。
