這段時間自己的飯量越來越好了，而我的體重也在不斷的增加，讓我很煩，所以我打算從現在開始去做一個減重計劃，讓我能夠很好的去得到一個好的身材，幫助自己可以過好每一天的生活，讓我們能夠更加美好幸福，現在我只要去按照我的減重計劃來做就可以了，希望自己很快能到達我的目標，很好的去改變自己，讓我也能過得更加快樂，對未來的生活充滿更多的期待，讓我們都能找到屬於自己的小幸福，開開心的度過每一天，相信我們也能很好的去得到很多的東西。

正好我現在沒有什麽事情，就打算過去朋友那轉轉下，好長時間沒有見到他了，等到了他那里，看到他正在給別人做hifu，于是我就在那里等了他一會兒，等他做完hifu之后，就過來我這里了，待會我們一起吃個飯，聊聊最近發生的事情，讓我們也能好好的敘敘舊，了解彼此的事情，我還在他這里，了解了關于hifu方面的效果，等以后有機會了，我可以和朋友一起過來看看，給自己一個新的改變，也能讓我對生活有一個好的信心，去認真的面對每一天的生活，給自己更大的快樂。
